  If possible, I would not give any stars. I called to place a full order of ribs and chicken, the gentleman tells me it'll be ready for pickup in 30-40 minutes. Ok, fine! I get there and he tells me I have to wait 15 minutes - I tell him "ok." I sit down and I tell my ride that has a baby in the car "the food will be ready in another 15 minutes." So my ride said they'll wait, it makes no sense to go back and forth.
  20 minutes later... still waiting. At this point I'm getting phone calls - where's the food, what's going on... ect. So we decided to cancel the order. I tell the gentleman why I'm canceling and he just nods his head and shrugs his shoulders. WELL THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME!!! I give the place a shot and I completely regret it, so on my way to Burnett BBQ. I'd rather take the drive any day than deal with HORRIBLE service.
