  The store manager as well as the district manager is not fair people they are not helpful they want to cut my lock even though I offered to take my lock off I've been there 8 years and they want to update the sprinkler system which is very good news but they won't tell me if they have to access my unit they wanted to destroy my lock anyway I've been there all this time they don't keep the site clean but I still trusted them and now they want keys to my unit if I knew this was going to happen at least I could have marked things fragile I have family heirlooms in there they notify me at the end of the month cuz they know I have to pay on the 1st they could have notified me and maybe I could have moved by now but they slick because they know I don't have time to move yet they don't even know if they need to get in my unit or not they could have called me I even offered the one of my keys but they still want to destroy my lock so they can have a key I chose this place because I felt safe cuz I was the only one with the keys they want to cut my lock before the time to work even start for no reason they don't even know if they have to access my unit but they want to cut my lock anyway to have a key to my unit that's a violation of my privacy they go up $20 every year which is excessive but I still stayed there but now I'm leaving my unit is full they can't get any anyway without taking stuff out why would they want to go in there and touch my things they could have said maybe you need to move but it's that the district manager Nicole was very rude to me she just wanted to get me off the phone hung up on me cuz I said I was moving that's sad I have no choice I don't want them to destroy my things no one knows what's in my things but me they take them out throw them on the floor stuff is broken pass down it can't be replaced they don't understand that's so disappointing maybe this is my time to go so be careful out there all you people cuz they going to cut your locks for no apparent reason so they can have a key and then I couldn't get a call back until I put this review up then it cold call me back because she said this review could hurt the business thanks for caring about the people that's been all this money with you guys
